Shipping
Ready to ship items will be mailed within 3-5 business days after date of purchase via USPS.
Made to order items will ship within 2-3 weeks after date of purchase. I hand cut, sew, package, and mail each item and this takes time. I try and get your items mailed out to you as soon as possible. Current turn around/production times will be listed on the main page in the banner at the top.
All orders will be emailed a tracking number when your order is mailed. Please use this tracking number for updated delivery dates. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update, please be patient.
Once the packages are dropped off or picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for them. We are not responsible for lost of stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost please contact your local USPS. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local Police Department and file a report.
If ready to ship and made to order items are purchased in the same order your entire order will be mailed once the made to order items are ready.
LOCAL PICKUP: Use the local pickup option only if you are local to Madison County, Alabama. You will receive and email when your order is ready to be picked up with details on how to pick up your order. If you choose local pickup during the checkout process and you are not local, you will be invoiced for the shipping charges. If shipping is not paid within 2 days, your order will be refunded back to you with a $15 restocking fee per made to order/custom/design your own item.
Return/Exchange
If you have any issues or problems with your ready to ship items please contact us.
All made to order, custom, and design your own items are final sale unless you have received a defective or incorrect item. We do not offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size. Please inspect all of your items before trying on. If you believe you have received the wrong item or your item is defective please contact us within 3 days of delivery date of your item. In order to receive a refund or exchange, items must be mailed within 14 days of delivery date in unwashed, unworn, stain and smell free condition. All tags must be intact and attached to the item being returned to us.
If a refund or exchange is necessary we will send you a return shipping label via email. After we have received your item we will inspect it for defects. If the item is in fact defective we will exchange or process your refund.
You will not be issued a refund or exchange for any returned items that have not been discussed before returning (if an item shows up in our mail with no explanation no refund/exchange will be allowed), been worn, washed, contain pet hair, deodorant marks, smoke, mold or pet smell, makeup marks, or any other damage, smells or stains. If an item is returned to us with any of these, you will have the option of us returning the item to you. You will be invoiced for the shipping at your cost plus the cost of the original returned shipping. We try and be as upfront and honest about our products, we greatly appreciate you doing the same.
