Brand Rep Information

Are you interested in becoming a Brand Rep for KayCircus?  I'm so glad!  Please read the Terms & Conditions information below, if you are still interested please email erin@kaycircus.com with the Subject line "Brand Rep Inquiry" with a little introduction and your instagram profile/link.  Your profile will be reviewed and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

KayCircus Brand Rep Terms & Conditions

The Brand Rep will be involved for a period of 3 months. At the end of the 3 months, this contract may be extended if both KayCircus and the Brand Rep are in agreement that all terms and conditions have been met during the involved period and the Brand Rep would like to continue with the contract terms.

 

What’s Involved As A Brand Rep

– Having a public and very active Instagram account and social media profiles.
– Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and brand shown in comments on Instagram and other social media profiles.
– Actively searches #kaycircus and associated hashtags. Comments on other people’s photos of their little ones in KayCircus items. 
– Promotes the brand on their own social media through photography of their little one wearing KayCircus items at least twice a month or once every 2 weeks. Please make sure photos are clear. More frequent postings are encouraged.
– Email four unwatermarked photos to erin@kaycircus.com per month, one per week. Any blurry photos will not be used or reposted so it is highly encouraged to provide quality clear and bright photos. 
– Promote and share any and all company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches, and events.
– KayCircus reserves the right to use any and all photographs on all social media accounts, promotional flyers and all advertisements.

What The Brand Rep Gets In Return

– A unique coupon code for your personal use (you and your immediate family) for the duration of your Rep term will be assigned.  Coupon code will be a discount of 25% off all purchases, the use of this coupon code requires all items purchased to be publicly posted to your social media account(s) and KayCircus being tagged in each post.
– A 10% off coupon code for extended family and friends for the duration of the term.  This coupon code may be shared far and wide to whom ever you feel to share it with.
– Insider updates on KayCircus news & releases.
– Lots of love, support, and appreciation.
– Exposure on KayCircus social media sites. 

Contract Termination

We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at anytime, without question if we find you are not abiding to all the terms and conditions.

Contract Acceptance

This contract will be emailed to you.  In order to accept the terms of this contract, simply respond back in email that you accept the terms.  Once terms are accepted your coupon codes will be emailed to you.
